The breakfast options were extensive and exceptionally tasty. We appreciated the attentive service from staff who truly made an effort to cater to our needs just as we arrived. The city view we enjoyed from our room added an enjoyable touch to our stay.

The staff's attentive service was exceptional! ! The breakfast spread was one of the best, offering a delightful array of choices that satisfied everyone's palate.

Yet, cleanliness was a significant issue. Our room and the hallways showed signs of neglect, detracting from the luxurious experience advertised.

The delayed check-in and unclean room were disappointing. It was frustrating that the breakfast lacked adequate vegetarian options for my husband, who could only enjoy bread and coffee.

Perfect getaway for families

The premier room was exceptional so spacious and the kids loved it a lot. Breakfast was very good with so many options for us meat lovers and they had some nice variety that kept us satisfied.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but you know it worked out in the end.

Breakfast was definitely a highlight. The selection was varied, with local dishes that were delicious. I admired the cleanliness throughout the hotel. However, the checkout took longer than expected. Streamlining that process would really improve the experience. While I enjoyed the amenities, the noise from people in the hallways occasionally disrupted my peace. Overall, I had a great stay and would return, but some adjustments would make it even better.

The room was surprisingly clean and had no bad smells, which is always a plus. The staff was quick with everything, and I felt well taken care of. Plus, it's super close to the mall with a supermarket, which made things convenient. But honestly, it felt a bit cramped for my taste. The breakfast buffet was decent, but nothing extraordinary. It was just okay overall.

Had an amazing time with friends! The Deluxe Double room was comfortable, and we loved the breakfast spread, especially the local dishes. Exploring the nearby mall and taking a day trip to a fun theme park nearby made our stay even better. Definitely recommend for a group getaway!

However, the coffee during breakfast was not self-service, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been nice to grab a cup without waiting for the waiter.

the pool was too cold for a swim! though the cake for our anniversary was lovely. our kids enjoyed the club access during cocktail hours! the staff were super friendly and the room was stylish.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel with our kids. The Premier Room was spacious and super comfortable. The pool area really impressed us, and the staff was incredibly attentive, making our stay feel special. Breakfast had plenty to offer meat lovers, which was a hit!

my family had an amazing stay at seda vertis north! the location was super convenient, being close to the malls and just a quick drive to the LTO main office. the service was exceptional, especially the friendly staff who made our experience even better. my kids loved the clean pool and the little playground nearby. really enjoyed the free wi-fi too!
